Reminders
My morning of well keeping spent walking along the water with Mt. Baker across the Port Townsend Bay in Washington USA. The beauty and majesty of the mountain along with the peaceful water reminds my soul to stay awake.

I walked in peace and love for all everywhere. My walk was interrupted by piece of driftwood planted across my path. It wasn’t there the last time I walked this way. It had to be moved by the recent full wolf moon high tide.

No human could have moved it there, a reminder of our vulnerability. Could it be a message from the universe about who is in charge?
With so much loss and fear across the globe, I treasure with gratitude the privilege of living in peace. I loved this day of silence and am reminded of a line in a prayer: It is what we do in our quiet time that makes a difference.
I pass the torch to Ann Foorman in Fort Collins, CO
Blessed quiet time. Your words settle things in my heart.
