This day reminded me of the song

Hollow bamboo:

We are, hollow bamboo, open up your heart and let the light shine through.

It so happened, that I was scheduled to attend a counseling session, with my daughter on this day

and, as I carried the thread,

the well- keeper intention and connection, warmth and weeping moved through me in our session - very healing to both of us- and I felt light moving through me, to the earth and world, through out the day - hollow bamboo.
