My day was Friday here in the Southern Hemisphere - my day consisted of the mundane and ordinary aspects of life - walking the dog, cleaning the house, laundry and some volunteer work at a resource management centre. Throughout the day when things seemed a bit tough my heart and mind recalled what I am here for - to be steady in the face of all that is happening. To bless and extend love and care to the world and all life. We are a gift and life is a gift - I feel deeply thankful for this grouping of people and their willingness to be prsent and hold through whatever arises.
