My day was spent in silence, mostly outdoors in the intense sun and fresh air. What a gift, to have a quiet, alone day with Nature!
I went to Boston Hill, as I often do. It is a peaceful place, now. In years past, it was a violent place, as evidenced by the gapping holes that exist everywhere on its flanks. Each one bears witness to the violation committed by the extraction industry company that stole the hill's riches. In an attempt at reparation, I made an offering with my sacred corn meal.
Much love to all!!
Such an offering, such a heart. I am grateful beyond words. Together, Barbara
