Yesterday we said farewell to Ervin Laszló, a philosopher, systems thinker and originally a pianist prodigy who left Hungary after 1956...Loved writing about his scientific understanding of the universe, his visions of Unity for the planet and humanity and most recently about cosmic oneness and the information field of the Akasha, etc. Ervin, a member of the Club of Rome, founded the Club of Budapest of which I happened to be - for a while - an active member, later an honorary member... Ervin was a deeply sensitive person with not much understanding of institutional structures and the finances, yet he has inspired millions at conferences, by his books (ca.100), etc. Definitely a forerunner of the dawning new world which we - so many of us - dedicate silence and/or action to its laboring. The beautiful convergence of his Hungarian roots, the enigmatic-systemic native language, his musical and scientific mind which in search of our human future, gradually included spiritual awareness and thus his core writings were already in the interface of science and spirituality. May he travel in peace and inspiration...
