Today I woke up with a dream about my mother. (She passed away 13 years ago and visits me regularly from the other side.)

She had come to visit me and spent the night in my wooden house. I left her to sleep in as we had been talking till late at night. I had left early in the morning to go to work. When I returned I discovered that she had cleaned my kitchen and left a note. It said she was so happy to see I am thriving. Always devoted to becoming more whole, shining my light and love into the world. 

I took this dream with me into my morning meditation. As I connected my being to all beings in the Universe, a great sense of calm and loving energy surrounded me. 

What a blessing to be alive! And to be in this circle and share this sacredness with all of you.

May we all be connected to the source of love and light that is our essence. Letting love and light guide us as we navigate these turbulent times.
