Grateful, joyful, serene.
Grateful to Monika who set the theme and grateful for the opportunity of well keeping (thank you Peri and Barbara).
A joyful day (with a sprinkling of all sorts of emotions, including guilt for ignoring my alarm first thing in the morning, ahem).
A serene closing with the contentment of a balanced day, with meditations, a short walk into the woods (breaking my myth that it is too hot), hanging a shelf, laundry, watering the garden, playing with my cats.
Dedicating this day to my mom and other wonderful women and grateful that this day was indeed, like someone said earlier, like a holiday for myself.
In awe of the art and power of your reflections, which I read yesterday.
I share with you a picture of a Mediterranean bouquet and of a little being who made it to the meditation mat before me (but kindly accommodated me when I joined her). Namaste.
I love the unruly, natural bouquet and the patterns of the shadow it cast. And the spirit of your day. Thank you for being, and being in this river of care.
