Wellkeepers Day February 5th 2025

Stillness fills the air

The tree seems firmly rooted

Bird twinkling its song.

To me a new connection in Scandinavia was made from Norway to Denmark for my Wellkeepers Day.

Early morning I enjoyed the stillness with a cup of tea in my quiet corner with a view of our garden and the dark sky above. This particular dawn shifted gradually in many shades of grey. A joyful, gentle experience.

Mid morning the sun came out and slowly pushed the fog and clouds away, brightening and lighting up the day. This shows me that light is here, outside and inside no matter what happens around us.

Focusing on what is healthy and what lights up, what spreads love, to me helps maintaining sanity.

I had a quiet lunch with my husband, rested and went for a walk in the open areas in my neighborhood. There is a tree I am connecting with which I visited.

As the sun was setting I spent time in my pavilion watching the clear sky in cool blues and pale apricot nuances.

It was a day with few activities and with plenty of rest as I needed it. I am so grateful to play my part in this web of wellkeepers.
