Most of the day ended up being far from silent, but actually felt so true to my intention of holding our collective feminine energy:
I invited the high school girls rugby team that I coach to my home this morning to watch the Olympics women's rugby sevens medal matches. The USA women won the first-ever medal (bronze) for the U.S. in the event, in a last-minute win in front of 66,000 screaming fans! All of the games were incredible displays of female strength.
They were for every girl who’s been told, You’re too loud, or too big, or too muscular.
For every woman who’s been told, You’re too aggressive.
For everyone who’s been told, It’s over. You’re done.
Then I drove out to the magnificent Oregon coast, where I'll do my very first surfing lesson tomorrow! I found a woman who is dedicated to teaching other women to surf, and sharing her love of the Pacific Northwest waves... which seemed like a fitting way to mark this intention of Well Keeping and connecting with our planet.
So grateful to be in community with you all, and for all of the Well Keeping throughout this year and beyond.

Way to mentor the new generations👍🏿
