I have given myself to two blessed days of Well Keeping. I have immersed myself in the rhythms and nuances of two spring days: one warm, sunny, sweet, mellow, oh so mellow. The other cold, grey, windy - bleak, but with its own kind of deliciousness.
I have rested at home. I have walked my neighbourhood listening, watching, feeling as I ambled along the shoreline of the inner harbour and then strolled among dozens of salt-water-loving plant species flourishing where the sea has inundated the once reclaimed land.
As I walked home through the forest I thought of how everything is what it is. How nature yields to what IS in each unfolding moment. Inspired, I move on loving being with you.
So grateful for your presence, Linda. The depth of your silence and the breadth of your heart touch me deeply. With love, Barbara
