Yesterday was my Well Keeper day. It was a cold snowy day with a lot of wind and no chance to go out. A day of reflection...

I was thinking of how I have very little control over what is going on in the world in terms of wars, politics, climate changes and so on...

What I have control over are my actions, thoughts and feelings in each moment. A gesture of kindness, a smile to a stranger, a phone call to a family member or giving my neighbour some cookies... There are so many small ways to offer kindness, so many gestures that offer friendship, so many thoughts that express a loving heart.

When I keep it at this level of simplicity, I feel my spirit expanding and life seems less complicated. Sending much love to all of you!
